No Mark-up & No Round-up Policies
• Hourly Billing Policy - Hourly service
charges are billed at actual time.
• Materials at Cost - I invoice for
services rendered and the direct costs of additional materials
or services required to complete your project. There is no
mark-up on materials or services utilized to complete your
project.
Invoicing & Payment Details
• Web Design Services - 1) A retainer
fee is required that is based on 30%-50% of the estimated
cost of the project. 2) The balance is payable when the web
site is posted to the server & is certain that you are
satisfied.
• Web Hosting, Domain Registrations & Transfers
- I invoice the cost of domain name registrations,
email accounts, and hosting services before the registrations
and technical services are completed. Once payment is verified,
the services will be completed. Hosting services are billed
in one year increments. I offer domain registrations in at
least 3 year increments to gain preferred pricing from the
registrars.
• Search Engine Optimization Services -
1) A retainer fee is required that is based on 30%-50% of
the estimated cost of the project. 2) The balance is payable
as negotiated for each project. 3) Miscellaneous fees for
search engine & paid directory submissions will be completed
after receiving payment.
• Web Site Maintenance & Webmaster Services
- I invoice on a monthly basis. In cases where the
balance total is less than $100, the invoice can be carried
over to the following months.
• Marketing Services - 1) A retainer
fee is required that is based on 30%-50% of the estimated
cost of the project. 2) The balance is payable when the deliverables
have been approved, and it's certain that our client is satisfied.
• Weekly Billing Policy - In some cases Rileyinteractive
will bill services on a weekly basis if the project is of
long duration or if our client wants to complete the project
within a weekly budgeted allotment.
Payment Terms
Payment is due when the invoice is received. Payment may
be made by cash, personal check, or business check. |
